Natural Factors, RxOmega-3 Factors | Health Supplement

Mentioned in earlier post (I know, I am doing this a lot, so many pieces of intertwined information, so little time to unravel and put them into places), I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle, especially with the dipping metabolism rate with age.

Aside for the Now Foods, Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator that the husband and I are taking thrice a day with meals, we are also taking Natural Factors, RxOmega-3 Factors, EPA 400 mg/DHA 200 mg thrice a day before meals.

The liver detoxifier has been proven (for us) to do many good* to our body, especially the noticeable energy boost. The Omega-3 on the other hand helps with the mind alertness. It helps in improving focus and alertness. We are both self-employed, so we tend to overwork ourselves, and we usually do most of the work ourselves – you know, there is only so much outsourcing you could find when it comes to your own business that you passionately love doing.

*The liver detoxifier is especially helpful for me now, I think. I have been diagnosed with chronic urticaria and contact dermatitis (chronic sounds scary, but the conditions I have are not life-threatening, just annoying to maximum!) so I am put on cocktail of long term medication, and have started steroid medication when the stronger antihistamine fails to work for me effectively. Further, I don’t have all the organic food to eat all day. I imagine the heavy workload for my liver to try to wash out the toxins I am taking everyday. My poor liver can definitely use some support from the supplement.

We notice better focus after just weeks of taking the Omega-3 soft gels.
